Meet Your Coach

Person wearing a black tank top and smartwatch, smiling with arms crossed

Hi! I’m Tracey Kalmanides, founder of TK Total Health, a busy mom of three, an elementary school math coach, and a firm believer that every woman can achieve the body and life she desires.

My life is full—two crazy dogs, a big, loud family, amazing friends, and a deep passion for all things health. I love a tough workout, challenging myself on a ropes course, out-lifting my kids just to prove I still can, and baking homemade chocolate chip cookies.  I enjoy going out for a run after a stressful day, watching my kids play soccer, buying too many leggings, and going to the beach any chance I get!

Why Did I Become a Health Coach?

Health and fitness have been a passion of mine for years. Growing up, I was always active and played sports, but it wasn’t until I discovered functional strength training as an adult that things really began to click. I loved getting stronger, lifting heavier, and feeling more energized. However, as I progressed, I realized that true transformation isn’t just about workouts—it’s about nutrition, mindset, habits, and consistency. Once I started dialing in my nutrition (hello, macros!), and shifting my mindset from to skinny to strong, that’s when the magic really happened. I saw visible changes in my body! I began to view food as fuel, not as the enemy. Not only did I feel stronger, but I looked it - I finally achieved that “toned” look I had desired for years. I felt better, looked better, and cracked the code on what works long-term.

That’s when I knew I wanted to help other women experience the same success. So, I did what any determined (and slightly obsessed) person would do—I took courses, read all the books, asked all the questions, and absorbed as much knowledge as possible. Now, I spend my days coaching math at school and coaching women on how to build strong, healthy, confident bodies the rest of the time.

And honestly? I love every second of it.

My Mission? To Help You Cut Through the BS and Get Real Results.

Let’s be honest—there’s a lot of bad advice out there. I see women working out every day with no progress, barely eating during the week only to binge on the weekends, and feeling like their hormones, stress, or age are working against them. I’m here to tell you: it doesn’t have to be this way. You don’t need another crash diet—you need a strategy that actually works for YOU.

What to Expect From Me as Your Coach

I’ll challenge you, support you, and push you to become the best version of yourself. When you struggle, I’ll be there to guide you. When you get too comfortable, I’ll help you level up. This isn’t about quick fixes or fad diets.  It’s not about perfection or restriction.  It’s about building sustainable habits that transform your health. It’s about consistency and balance, even during the busiest seasons of life.
